This article provides step-by-step directions on how to create a Free user account on the TOPO! Explorer website. With this account you can contribute to the forums, rate and review trips, download the TOPO! Explorer desktop application, and make purchases in the map store.
Step-by-Step
1. Browse to the TOPO! Explorer Website Registration Page.
2. Complete the "Sign Up For An Account Form"
3. Click the "Sign Up" button. You will be sent an activation code via email to the email address provided on the form. note: This activation email can be caught by your spam filters. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, please check your spambox.
4. Click the link in your activation email and enter your activation code exactly as it is printed into the activation code field.
5. Your account is now setup and activated! You should now Create an Online User Profile.
