Overview
Sharing and downloading Trip Files is a core feature for TOPO! Explorer. Trip Files can contain trails, point-of-interest, labels, symbols, photographs, video, and more. When you download a Trip it is saved to your hard drive and is then able to be printed, edited, or combined with other Trip content.
Step-by-Step
1. Browse the maps and locate a Trip File you wish to download.
2. On the Trip's page select the "Add to Library" button located on the top right of the page above the map browser window.
3. The next time you launch the TOPO! Explorer desktop application (assuming it's not currently open) the Trip File will be downloaded and saved to the "Trips" section of your library.
Opening a Downloaded Trip
1. Launch the TOPO! Explorer Desktop Application.
2. Click on the "Trips" link found in the "Library" bucket on the left navigation-bar
3. Place a check in the box to the left of the Trip's Title, then click the "open" button.
