Overview
TOPO! Explorer enables you to add Trips, Photos, Videos, and Explorers to your favorites. By doing so you will be alerted via email when your favorite Explorers (authors) or Trips are updated. This is a great way to keep tabs on new files posted by a favorite author, or be alerted if a new version is available of a file for your favorite park. Adding items to your favorites is easy:
Step-by-Step
1. Login to your TOPO! Explorer account.
2. Browse to a Trip, Author, Photo, or Video you wish to add to your favorites, and open the item's page by clicking on it's title.
3. Click the "Add to Favorites" icon on the top-right corner to that item's page.
To manage your alert preferences for your favorites:
1. Login to your TOPO! Explorer account.
2. Navigate to your account page and the "My Messages" tab.
3. Refer to the "Notification Preferences" bucket on the right-side of the screen. Here you can adjust if you'll receive an email when a favorite is updated, on the My Messages tab, or both. Additionally you can choose to be notified about updated Trips, new posts from your Explorers or both.
