Overview
TOPO! Explorer Version 1.1.1 "Beta" was released on Friday Oct. 3rd. This update contains added displays and features for the TOPO! Explorer desktop application. Improvements such as added 'Route Markers' to show mileage, trip title display, and 'Local Time' vs 'UTC Time' preferences are a few of the new features.
New Features and Improvements
- Added 'Route Markers' to show mileages along all trails - see Map Display options under 'preferences'
- Added title of currently open Trip file to the top of the application window and to the Navigation bar to the left of the map.
- Added preference for 'Local Time' vs 'UTC Time' to 'preferences'
- Added preference for changing the overlay Hybrid Color
- Added text link to tool bar to show 'login' status
- Improved the quality of the text rendering in pop-up balloons
- Fixed GPS Route Export to make sure it exports the currently defined GPS route instead of creating a new route during the export process
